§ 01 The edge

Written by someone who has signed the contracts.

A playbook is only useful if the person who wrote it knows what a protest, an audit and a grant review will ask of the file. Brian has run source selections and defended the files afterward.

That's the standard every Munivera playbook, threshold table and operating model is written to: executable by a new buyer, reviewable by Legal, and followable by an auditor.

§ 02 Path

From the warrant to the operating guide.

§ 03 Why a warrant matters

Accountability with a name on it.

A warrant is a named, personal authority to obligate public money. When a contract is signed, a specific person answers for the competition before it, the file behind it, and the protest or audit after it.

Procedures written without that accountability in mind tend to skip the steps a file needs most. Munivera's don't.

§ 04 The company

A practice of Infivium Solutions LLC.

Munivera is the government operations practice of Infivium Solutions LLC, an SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), in business since 2012 and based in Hagerstown, Maryland. Contracts, insurance and certifications are Infivium's.

New England first

We start with agencies in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut: close to the RIAC reference and to a dense set of municipalities, school districts and authorities. Elsewhere, we respond to solicitations for procurement assessments, manuals, operating models and platform implementation.

What we won't do

  • Sell hourly staff augmentation.
  • Configure software around a procedure nobody has written.
  • Claim certifications we don't hold. Federal SBA certification doesn't carry over to state veteran or small-business programs, and we'll say so.
